Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the United States to oversee and monitor large, complex construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction while ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and government regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary of $100k–$110k per year, with benefits and opportunities to work on high-profile government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in construction management for medium-to-large, complex projects valued at over $50 million.
• Certifications/licenses include CCM, E.I.T., NICET Level III, PE, NACE Level II.
• Experience in government contracting and compliance is preferred.
• Ability to travel to any Port of Entry within client span of control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor construction requirements, conduct site surveys, and ensure compliance with construction plans and specifications.
• Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project
• Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues, observations, and blockers to Contractor and Government leadership
• Exercise technical judgment in addressing a wide range of construction-related problems and recommend effective solutions
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives.
