Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex projects within our Federal Solutions team. You will direct performance across technical, financial, and client-satisfaction dimensions and represent the company to clients and the public.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams, training junior personnel, and ensuring quality from planning through closeout. A Secret clearance is required, with heavy emphasis on budget, schedule, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 10 years experience; degree can be substituted for 15+ years experience.
• Experience on greater than $50M complex projects, horizontal and vertical.
• Expert knowledge of planning, budgeting, and design process across all phases.
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to deliver on technical, financial, and client satisfaction goals.
• Serve as primary company representative to clients and the public.
• Provide training and direction to junior personnel.
• Ensure project quality and overall performance of the project team and company.
