Job summary

Parsons in Washington DC is seeking seasoned schedulers to support a major DoD construction program. You will provide Owner Agent Construction Management services, including program and construction management, risk, scheduling, cost estimating, and QA.

Ideal candidate has CCM, 10+ years on large projects, expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and PMIS experience. This full-time role offers strong benefits and growth within Parsons' Federal Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or business management.
• 10 years’ experience (15+ years highly desired) with 5 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• CCM certification is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and construction engineers to optimize project schedules and mitigate delays.
• Review construction schedules for compliance with SOW requirements.
• Develop an integrated master schedule at the project or program level.
• Assist with Time Impact Analysis for modifications to baseline schedules.
• Review and comment on CPM-NAS schedules and report findings to the Government.
• Provide scheduling support to Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
