Job summary

Clark Nexsen seeks a Senior Project Manager for our Federal Market Sector to plan, coordinate, and manage large multi-discipline projects. You will mentor Project Managers and ensure compliance with security requirements while delivering high-impact work.

Responsibilities include leading client communications, developing contracts, and managing budgets and schedules. A U.S. Secret Clearance is required, and hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect; PMP desirable.
• Minimum of 12 years in an Engineering or multi-discipline A/E firm.
• U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience leading federal projects and managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline projects in the Federal market from scope to delivery.
• Mentor Project Managers and oversee project teams.
• Develop client relationships and present to stakeholders.
• Prepare contracts and fee proposals; participate in negotiations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with principals and marketing on federal opportunities.
