Job summary

Clune Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with Owners, architects, and trade partners to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will oversee bidding strategy, procurement, and schedule controls, while building high-performing teams and ensuring safety and quality across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of construction project management experience, with 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project pursuits and preconstruction strategy with client interviews and proposals.
• Define execution plans, align teams, and ensure successful delivery through closeout.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, bid strategy, and cost control.
• Maintain executive liaison with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
