Trane Technologies in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi‑million dollar HVAC construction/energy services projects. You will own project financials, administration, and customer satisfaction, guiding the team and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

You will drive proposals, validate scope and schedule, manage change orders, and oversee subcontractors, with a focus on delivering total solutions across business streams.

Qualificações

• Advanced understanding of development phase related to construction energy projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for project teams.
• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction PM degree.
• 7+ years combined experience or relevant degree.
• Ability to obtain General Contracting license (a plus).
• Experience with project schedules and PM construction software.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales with quotes, project development, and proposals.
• Validate scope, cost, and schedule through contract reviews and meetings.
• Manage change orders, pricing strategies, and total solutions across streams.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and action plans.
• Oversee subcontractors, RFQ process, and communication guidelines for progress.
• Manage all project finances: cash flow, forecasts, costs to completion and backlog.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with contract penalties, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
