Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale DSA projects in Napa, CA. This on-site permanent role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $145,000–$165,000 with a 10–15% annual bonus.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DSA construction management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management on DSA projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Understanding of construction procedures, materials and PM principles.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of the DSA construction project from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
• Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
• Select construction methods and strategies.
• Report on progress and budget matters to clients.
• Collaborate with construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times.
