Qualifications

• 6+ years of related construction management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects and lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents.
• Manage project budgeting and financial performance, safety compliance, and risk.
• Review bids and contracts and monitor project financials.
• Support workflow planning and participate in executive-level operations meetings.
