Base pay range

$139,500.00/yr - $170,500.00/yr

Description

Responsibilities for Project Manager - DSA - Construction in Los Angeles

Manage all aspects of assigned DSA construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work to ensure project success.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with DSA standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to on all projects.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage resources efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
