Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager in Arlington, TX to lead pre-construction through closeout for large-scale commercial projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, or municipal construction projects.
• Experience with Procore for project management.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• PMP/CCM or equivalent certifications a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Design-build and ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review plans, contracts, and bid documents.
• Monitor progress and address schedule or budget concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams.
• Provide updates to leadership and clients.
