Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations of commercial projects in Arlington, TX. You will manage safety, quality, and schedules, coordinating subcontractors and field personnel to deliver work on time and to specifications.

The role requires experience with ground-up commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and manage site activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on-site.
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Procore or Bluebeam construction software.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projects.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations from project kickoff through completion.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays or risks.
• Communicate project milestones, updates, and challenges to clients and project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Maintain an organized and efficient construction site environment.
• Review construction drawings and documents to ensure proper execution of work.
• Resolve field issues and collaborate with project managers to keep projects on track.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job site activities.
