Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimating, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution while partnering with owners and the design team to develop concepts and value-engineer solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of PM experience, design-build preference, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience
• Design-build experience preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, contract negotiations, proposal preparation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout processes and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly on-site progress meetings
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results
• Uphold quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make decisions under tight deadlines to meet client expectations
• Demonstrate integrity and alignment with company values
