Job summary
ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking Senior Project Managers to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract negotiations while coordinating with owners and the design team to deliver value.

Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of project management experience
- Design-build experience preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and strong collaboration with owners/design teams
Responsibilities
- Manage managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects (estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution)
- Ensure accurate and complete project estimates
- Develop preliminary concept drawings with owners/design team
- Participate in owner meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection
- Conduct biweekly job-site meetings and manage multiple activities to meet goals
- Commit to quality by evaluating processes and meeting client expectations
