Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on managing data center and hospital projects within MGAC's Critical Environments team, acting as owner’s representative to resolve issues and guide decisions to keep projects on track.

You will lead high-visibility projects, mentor teams, manage risk, schedule, and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering results that align with the client’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client relationships and align project outcomes with the client vision.
