Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to shape project success through accurate cost evaluations and strong client relationships. You will lead cross-functional teams, guide permitting, and deliver innovative solutions from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include bidding, cost studies, and developing detailed estimates while mentoring the preconstruction team. Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in construction project management.
• 7+ years in commercial construction preferred.
• Experience preparing detailed conceptual estimates.
• Proficient with take-off, scheduling and cost control.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from initial estimate to subcontractor finalization.
• Act as advocate and communicator for project and client success.
• Guide teams through permitting and site mobilization.
• Provide innovative solutions to project challenges.
• Lead bidding and trade partner management.
• Develop and maintain client and business relationships.
• Create detailed cost estimates and studies from schematic data.
• Mentor preconstruction teams.
