Clune Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead planning, coordination, and completion of major construction projects. You will own budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations, while guiding the project team and reporting to leadership.

The role focuses on developing staff, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; strong work experience considered.
• 13+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience coordinating sub-contractors and field operations.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and drawing review skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects.
• Manage budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations.
• Develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on the team.
• Oversee billing, revenue forecasting, and backlog reporting.
