You will coordinate internal and external teams through the project life cycle and drive client relations and business development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of construction project management experience.
• 2-3 years in commercial construction.
• Experience managing field operations including scheduling, quality control, and coordinating subs.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Strong budgeting and estimating abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, bidding, and cost control for projects.
• Coordinate internal/external teams through project life cycle.
• Develop and mentor Project Managers and assistants.
• Lead preconstruction and client relationship activities.
