MPI is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Northeast Ohio. The role offers autonomy to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, directly engaging with owners, developers, and design teams.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety, driving profitability while delivering high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates bring a track record of $20M+ projects and a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Proven track record with $20M+ project values.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
• Experience with subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Preferred design-build and redevelopment experience.
• Preferred experience with occupied renovations or phased construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead project teams including engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and design professionals.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Lead design-build coordination and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in project financials.
• Provide value engineering and problem-solving solutions.
