Job description

An established and highly respected construction organization is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial, industrial, redevelopment, renovation, and design-build construction projects throughout Northeast Ohio. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial construction professional who wants to lead impactful projects, work directly with decision-makers, and enjoy the freedom to run projects without excessive bureaucracy.

Our client is a financially strong and highly respected construction organization with a reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, industrial, office, warehouse, manufacturing, and redevelopment sectors.

What makes this company different is its culture. Employees are trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership of their projects. Leadership believes talented construction professionals perform best when given autonomy, accountability, and support rather than layers of corporate approvals and red tape.

The company has built a consistent pipeline of work through long-term investments, redevelopment initiatives, and strategic growth. Team members enjoy exposure to unique projects that require creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration rather than simply repeating the same project type year after year.

This is an environment where strong performers are recognized, advancement is earned through results, and individuals can make a meaningful impact on both projects and the business itself.
