Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage owner relationships.
• Creative, results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptable style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of multiple projects focusing on client satisfaction, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Develop and oversee business plans; manage owner relationships and field staff.
• Coordinate and lead project teams including owner, design and staff.
• Ensure design/build projects are completed on time and to quality.
• Mentor and manage Project Managers and Engineers; oversee project phases.
