Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent relevant experience.

• Ability to travel extensively and support domestic and international project locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction operations for EPC and self-perform projects across sectors.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies for safe, efficient delivery.
• Provide oversight of performance in safety, quality, schedule, productivity, cost control, and contract compliance.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing forecasts, recruitment strategies, mobilization plans, and labor productivity initiatives.
