Qualifications
- 10+ years of EPC construction operations experience.
- Site Manager on two major projects valued >$200M.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead craft resourcing strategies and staffing levels.
- Drive workforce planning to align with schedule baselines.
- Oversee readiness and gate reviews before mobilization.
- Deliver project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on site.
- Develop and review construction execution plans and risk assessments.
