Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead high‑impact EPC and service projects in conventional, simple cycle, and combined cycle power generation. You will ensure resources, tools, and execution strategies are in place to deliver on time and within budget, while promoting safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction operations experience across EPC or power projects.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies, including workforce planning and staffing alignment.
• Oversee construction readiness and gate reviews prior to mobilization and major activities.
• Deliver project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Guide site performance management, including productivity, cost, and UR/PF curves.
• Partner with managers and recruiters to staff projects with qualified personnel.
• Develop and review construction execution plans and cost estimates.
