Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Geology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Construction Materials Testing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple CMT and inspection projects simultaneously.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate and oversee field technicians, inspectors, and laboratory personnel.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and geotechnical recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Ensure testing/inspection activities comply with ASTM, AASHTO, TxDOT, ICC, and project standards.
• Review and approve field/lab reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Support business development through client relationships and proposals.
