Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/CE/related fields; some degrees may not be considered.
• Minimum 2 full years of relevant experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• PE or PG license in the state of employment.
• Strong marketing, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction materials testing projects, daily report review, and client coordination.
• Prepare invoices, pay applications, and assist with collections.
• Prepare proposals and change orders; attend client meetings and follow up on reports.
• Perform soil classifications and assign laboratory testing.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
