ECS Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join our Charlottesville field services team and help drive project success from proposal to final invoice. You will lead complex CMT projects, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and client relationships, and coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in civil/structural/environmental related field.
• Professional licensure (PE or PG) is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for ECS.
• Strong marketing and client relationship abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across speaking, reading, and writing.
• Thorough understanding of heavy construction safety and ASTM CMT principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction materials testing projects including daily report review and team collaboration; resolve technical and administrative issues; train field staff.
• Manage project budgets; prepare invoices, pay applications; assist with collections.
• Prepare and review proposals and change orders; attend client meetings; follow up on reports.
• Mentor junior project managers and support staff development; collaborate with managers and recruiters on staffing decisions.
• Market ECS services and maintain existing client relationships.
