Job summary

HDR seeks a Senior Construction Manager in North Texas to lead field construction efforts for water-related projects within the South-Central Region. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across phases of design-build and operation.

You should have a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 10+ years in construction management, with CM software experience (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in construction planning and management including contracts, change, cost, quality, safety.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CM software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).
• Strong people skills and ability to interact with Owner, Engineer, Contractor and stakeholders.
• Sponsorship (visa) for US employment is not available now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, quality control, and safety programs.
• Develop and implement construction management plans and procedures.
• Manage procurement, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and pay applications; maintain project documentation.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate local bidding, procurement, and document management.
