Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join the Water Business Group in Arizona. You will lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance while aligning design with construction execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of construction management experience, proficiency in Procore/Prolog/Primavera/Bluebeam, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position in Phoenix.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in construction planning and management, including contracts, document, time, cost, quality, safety, and subcontracting.
Experience with MS Office and construction management software (Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, quality, and safety program compliance.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement.
Review subcontract terms, lead change orders, and monitor constructability and VE reviews.
Coordinate document management and submittals across the project team.
Monitor design progression against construction needs and ensure QA/QC.
