JMT's Herndon Construction Management Team is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for providing Construction Inspection oversight on major transportation projects in the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency
• Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening

Responsibilities

• Market and develop business for transportation construction projects
• Manage contracts, including invoicing and financial management
• Oversee project QA/QC in the assigned region
• Maintain and build client relationships
• Prepare technical and price proposals
• Hire, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews for staff
• Lead and manage team members with coaching and feedback
