The role focuses on QA/QC, contract management, client relationships, and leading a project team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CM/CI or engineering, a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and a PE license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years CM/CI or engineering experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and business development for transportation construction projects.
• Manages contracts, including invoicing and financial management.
• Responsible for project QA/QC in the assigned region.
• Maintains and builds client relationships.
• Prepare technical and price proposals.
• Hires, trains, develops, and conducts performance reviews for staff.
• Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and coaching.

Skills

Strong computer proficiency

Education
