Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Billings, MT, to oversee daily construction operations for telecom services. You will plan, assign, and direct teams responsible for installation, maintenance, and operation of complex cable/telephone systems, while ensuring budget adherence and timely service delivery.

The role requires ten years in management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in a management role.
• Extensive experience in cable and telephone operation and construction for residential and commercial services.
• Knowledge of local, state, and utility rules and regulations governing construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Construction Operations within the Construction Department.
• Plan, assign, and direct employees engaged in construction, installation, maintenance and operation of telecom systems.
• Provide daily reporting metrics of key business drivers to management and ensure on-time service delivery within budgets.
