Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Manager III to direct planning and management of multi-site projects from inception to completion. You will ensure client requirements, schedules, and budgets are met while adhering to safety policies.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, cost control, scheduling, and coordination with clients, PMs, and subcontractors to deliver quality installations across solar, wind, and energy storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, promote and comply with all safety policies and campaigns to the project team.
• Provide direction and evaluation of the project, coordinating with PMs and site staff.
• Oversee construction workers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
