LaBella Associates in Rochester, NY is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will drive schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and document control while coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients to set priorities and resolve issues.

The role requires extensive field work, strong communication, and a track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or similar field.
• 10+ years in construction management with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Ability to follow direction and work well in a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; relevant software experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; NY PE or RA license preferred.
• Construction management certifications (CCM, PgMP, PMP) preferred.
• Experience with CAD/3D tools (AutoCAD, REVIT) and CM software (Primavera, Procore, RsMeans) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead pre-construction planning including schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Oversee bidding: contractor solicitation, evaluation, and selection.
• Manage construction execution: schedule, budget, QA/QC processes.
• Organize and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients; set priorities.
• Lead project coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Travel to project sites; occasional evenings/weekends as required.
