LaBella Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Property and Construction Risk Services. The role focuses on Property Condition Assessments, plan and cost reviews, and construction draw inspections, with involvement in client reports and QA/QC.

The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant experience, strong written skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited university.
• At least five to seven years of relevant experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience completing Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Pay Application Reviews.

Aufgaben

• Develop client-specific report templates and QA/QC for associated reports.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for property and construction risk projects.
• Manage projects with schedules, deliverables, and invoicing reviews/approvals.
• Mentor staff on technical reporting for risk-related projects.
• Support business development with lenders, developers, and law firms.
• Travel regionally for networking events, conferences, or fieldwork.
