Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Senior Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to oversee a portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, and tenants to deliver scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on building performance and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management, Owners Representation or MEP project management.
Engineering background strongly preferred; equivalent substantial experience with commercial building systems considered.
Demonstrated leadership on tenant improvements, capital projects, equipment replacements and occupied-building work from scope through closeout.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction and property improvement projects across the portfolio.
Represent the ownership group throughout projects including tenant improvements and capital initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee external engineering and technical partners to improve operations and asset performance.
Work with internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
