Qualifications

• Senior CM requires CCM, P.E., AIA certifications or 20+ years of field experience.
• CM: open to candidates without certifications if baseline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMS team; coordinate with COR from start to finish.
• Deliver milestones on time, within budget, and in compliance.
• Utilize Primavera, PROLOG or eBuilder for scheduling/estimation.
