Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of architecture projects including planning, design, construction and delivery.
• Lead a team of architects, designers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
• Review project designs for compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the duration of the project.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in architecture technology.
