Job summary

Technip Energies in Houston is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the Construction Department’s Home Office and Site Offices, directing the execution of the scope in alignment with HSE, Quality, cost and schedule requirements.

The role requires coordinating with Client, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors, developing CEP and ensuring readiness for FEED through EPC phases; travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in heavy industrial construction.
• Experience as Construction Superintendent, Project Manager or Lead Construction Engineer on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish a Construction Management Organization (Home Office and Site Offices) and lead the construction scope.
• Coordinate with Client, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Contractors; set goals for HSE, Quality, Cost and Schedule.
• Drive HSSE and Quality program initiatives as primary drivers for the Construction Manager.
• Develop and implement CEP and deliverables for phases from Feasibility to EPC.
• Prepare CEP, Constructability Plan, Temporary Facilities Plan and establish construction techniques and best practices.
• Review and provide feedback to Health, Safety and Environment Plan, Quality Plan and Subcontract Strategy.
