Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
• Strong budgeting, contract management, and time management skills.
• Excellent ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management including project conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Effectively managing project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and team members to keep them informed about project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conducting regular project review meetings and preparing status reports.
