Owen Thomas Group in Austin seeks a Senior Construction Manager to own complex commercial workplace and interior projects from preconstruction through completion. You will lead strategy, manage budgets, risk and program performance, and mentor project teams to deliver exceptional results.

You'll collaborate with designers, consultants, site teams and subcontractors, build strong client relationships, and help grow our presence in the Austin market. Local office commute expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering commercial construction or workplace fit-out projects in leadership roles.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multiple complex construction projects.
• Commercial and program management expertise.
• Collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional projects.
• Ability to commute into Austin.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Managing program, budgets, risk and commercial performance.
• Supporting and mentoring project teams.
• Working closely with Site Superintendents to ensure exceptional delivery on site.
• Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Helping establish and grow our presence across the Austin market.
