Unispace is expanding its North American presence and establishing an Austin operation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex workplace projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage programme and risk, and collaborate with strategy, design, and construction teams to deliver exceptional environments for world-class clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering commercial interiors or workplace projects.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workplace and commercial interior projects from inception to completion.
• Serve as primary client contact during project delivery.
• Oversee programme, budgets, and project risk with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with strategy, design and delivery teams as one integrated business.
• Mentor and develop project teams and help grow the Austin operation.
