You will oversee design, FF&E, construction and commissioning with a focus on quality, cost controls, and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial ownership, collaboration across teams, and ability to work in an evolving, ambiguous environment while traveling up to 50% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/related STEM field is required.
• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall project quality from Design Development to Construction and Commissioning.
• Organize and monitor concurrent projects with high quality, service and communication.
• Identify risks and proactively mitigate project impact.
• Influence and communicate with internal/external partners; negotiate tradeoffs as needed.
• Contribute to design development to meet constructability and cost requirements; support speed to market.
