Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of grocery store ground-up builds or remodel experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project management from design through construction and warranty.
• Coordinate architects and engineers and direct vendor activity.
• Ensure quality, adherence to drawings, and code compliance.
• Manage bid packages, GC selection, contracts, and meetings.
• Develop schedules aligned with merchandising timelines.
• Maintain project files and documentation.
