Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of grocery store ground‑up builds or grocery store remodel experience
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors

Responsibilities

• Construction project execution from design phase through warranty period.
• Lead construction meetings, oversee schedules and coordination.
• Ensure high‑quality construction, adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Review financials, approve progress payments, and manage project budgets.
• Develop and coordinate blueprint estimates and FF&E costs.
• Closeout projects with As Built drawings and maintenance manuals
