Qualifications

• PE licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience on large, complex transit projects (> $500M).
• 4–5 years of experience executing technical aspects of medium to complex projects.
• CCM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large, complex construction projects as client liaison and lead project teams.
• Mentor staff and document lessons learned within the Construction Management community.
• Support recruitment by screening candidates and collaborating with HR on offers.
• Supervise design-phase constructability and sequencing reviews.
• Manage bid phase activities: pre-bid meetings, inquiries, addenda, evaluations, and awards.
• Direct preconstruction planning and review contract documents for readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day construction management to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate activities across disciplines and resolve project issues promptly.
