Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant licensure preferred.
• Minimum six years of design and construction experience, ideally in medical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction contract documents, scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM/ME support during design and construction phases.
• Assist the Contracting Officer and COR with project management tasks.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.
• Conduct or participate in weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings and oversee contractor payments.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and commissioning activities to ensure quality and compliance.
