Industrious Ventures is looking for a Senior Construction Manager for their Austin, TX headquarters. This role involves leading project execution across a portfolio of mixed-use, institutional, multifamily, and government facility projects. The Senior CM will oversee all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring efficiency and safety in integrating innovative 3D-printed construction systems alongside conventional methods.

Key responsibilities include managing field execution, supervising staff, preparing budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive field construction management experience and a strong command of commercial construction methods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction management experience, with 5 years on commercial or military projects.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Proven experience leading an RFP/bid process.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall field execution across assigned projects.
• Directly supervise Superintendent(s) and provide clear direction on daily priorities.
• Prepare monthly prime contract pay applications based on verified construction progress.
