Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior VDC Manager for the Houston Texas Division to lead BIM/VDC services across multiple projects. The role requires extensive leadership of project teams and alignment with national BIM/VDC strategies.

Candidate should bring 10+ years in construction project management and strong public speaking skills to market services, develop BEPs, and coordinate across disciplines. Excellent benefits and ESOP accompany this position.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in construction.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Develops BIM/VDC service standard training and supports national adoption.
• Manages BIM/VDC services on multiple projects.
• Trains project staff on BIM/VDC processes and services.
• Markets BIM/VDC services internally and externally.
• Presents BIM/VDC projects and services at industry conferences and forums.
