Job summary

Konstruct Staff is partnering with a well-funded data center owner to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead growth across a national portfolio. The role is remote-first with up to 50% travel and ownership from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.

You will work as the owner's lead with GCs, subcontractors, designers and engineers, driving schedule, budget and value engineering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery of data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong technical background across MEP.
• Experience on GC side or owner/developer side.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover to Operations.
• Act as the owner's lead with GCs, subcontractors, designers and engineers.
• Drive schedule, budget, change orders and value engineering.
• Work with Development, Engineering, Operations and Finance, influencing future builds.

They're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead that growth.

The role

• Own projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover to Operations.
• Act as the owner's lead with GCs, subcontractors, designers and engineers.
• Drive schedule, budget, change orders and value engineering.
• Work alongside Development, Engineering, Operations and Finance, with real influence over how future builds are delivered.
• Report to the Director of Construction.

What you'll need

• Proven experience delivering data center or mission-critical builds end-to-end.
• A strong technical background across MEP.
• Commissioning experience.
• A background on the GC side or owner/developer side.
• Willingness to travel around 50% of the time.
