Job summary

Leoforce in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center Construction to lead active builds on-site. The role requires 7+ years in commercial construction PM and 4+ years leading data center projects, with a Bachelor's in Construction Management.

You will manage cost, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering, using MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore or CMiC, and travel as needed. Competitive compensation includes profit-sharing bonus, full medical/dental coverage, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• 4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.
• Proven leadership, financial acumen, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
